Our Products All Emaya Pure Life products are handcrafted in small batches using natural, plant-based ingredients. Product descriptions, ingredient lists, and images on our website are as accurate as possible. Slight natural variations in colour, aroma, or texture may occur between batches — this is normal and a sign of our artisanal process.
All products are sold as chai tea blends for food and beverage use. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a healthcare professional if you have any health concerns. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication — particularly blood thinners — please seek medical advice before use.
Allergens Many Emaya Pure Life products contain coconut (coconut milk powder), which is a tree nut allergen. Full ingredient lists are displayed on each product page and on product packaging. Please read all ingredient information carefully before purchasing if you have any food allergies or intolerances.
Ordering By placing an order on our website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information you provide is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it for any reason.
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute a contract until your order is dispatched.
Payment Payment is taken securely at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit and debit cards. All prices are displayed in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.
Shipping We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 working days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
For UK orders we use Royal Mail. Free UK delivery is included on selected products as stated on the product page.
For international orders (including EU and Denmark), shipping costs are displayed at checkout. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applied by their country's authorities. These are not collected by Emaya Pure Life and are payable by the recipient on delivery.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon dispatch.
Returns & Refunds Due to the nature of food products and for hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any Emaya Pure Life products once dispatched. This applies to all orders including those placed by customers outside the UK.
This is because once a product has left our premises we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled, and we are unable to resell returned food items.
Exceptions — we will always resolve the following:
Your order arrived damaged in transit
You received the wrong product
Your product was faulty or not as described
In any of these cases, please contact us at communitea@emayapurelife.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout.
Subscriptions Subscription orders can be cancelled at any time before the next scheduled dispatch. Please contact us at communitea@emayapurelife.com to cancel or amend a subscription.
Intellectual Property All content on this website including text, images, logos, and product names (including Turmerichai®, Turmoringa®, and Moringachai™) is the property of Emaya Pure Life and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emaya Pure Life shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on this website.

Emaya CommuniTea Associate Programme Terms & Conditions:
Effective Date: 20th September 2023
These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the agreement between Emaya Pure Life and you, the independent associate ("Associate" or "you"), for participation in the Emaya Pure Life CommuniTea Associate Programme ("Programme"). By participating in the Programme, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully.
1. Independent Contractor Status:
You are an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or agent of Emaya Pure Life.
You are responsible for all taxes, including income and self-employment taxes, arising from your earnings as an Associate.
2. Commission Structure:
As an Associate of the Emaya Pure Life CommuniTea Associate Programme, you are eligible to earn a commission of 10% on the direct sales made to customers who have been introduced to the Emaya Pure Life Shop or this Programme through your unique referral link.
The 10% commission is payable for a period of up to 24 months from the date the customer first uses your referral link whilst it is being captured by their devices and being recognised by our shop.
3. Payouts:
Commissions will be paid on a regular basis every month (over £20) or every 3 months, minus the cost to pay it to you via PayPal as determined by Emaya Pure Life.
Payouts will be made in accordance with our payment schedule and method.
4. Use of Referral Links:
You are responsible for promoting and sharing your unique referral link with potential customers.
You may not engage in spamming, unethical, or fraudulent activities when promoting the Emaya Pure Life CommuniTea Associate Programme. Customers must choose to engage with you by consent.
You shall not make any false or misleading representations about the Company or the products.
5. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including consumer protection and advertising laws, while participating in the Emaya Pure Life CommuniTea Associate Programme.
6. Termination:
Emaya Pure Life reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Emaya Pure Life CommuniTea Associate Programme at any time if you are unreasonable or if you do not comply with these terms and conditions.
If Emaya Pure Life is unable to fulfil orders or commissions due to unforeseen circumstances out of their control, such as natural disasters, this may also cause the termination of you, the Associate’s participation, in this Programme.
Upon termination, you will no longer be eligible to receive commissions for referred customers.
7. Changes to the Programme:
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Emaya Pure Life CommuniTea Associate Programme, including commission rates and payout periods, at its sole discretion. With the view to ensuring sustainability and improving the programme wherever possible.
You will be notified of any significant changes to the Programme.
8. Intellectual Property:
You may use Company-provided marketing materials, but you may not modify or reproduce them without written permission.
You shall not use the Company's name, logo, or trademarks without express authorisation. This must be used to promote and not in any way shape or form to slander Emaya Pure Life or its associates.
9. Confidentiality:
You agree to keep confidential any proprietary information provided by the Company, including customer data and marketing strategies.
10. Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your participation in the Emaya Pure Life CommuniTea Associate Programme.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within The United Kingdom
